Panhard engine build

A customer has asked me to build him a spare engine and gearbox for his Panhard PL17 and I've been assembling some of it this week. At the engine workshop the cylinders only needed a hone and the pistons and rings were all ok but new small-end bushings have been fabricated and fitted as the originals were worn. The valves and seats have also been cleaned up and lapped in. With the pistons installed and the cylinders and rocker gear fitted and adjusted most of the engine is now back together. The next step is to fit and time the oil pump and crankcase breather and then think about getting it fired up and run in on the bench.
